The Director contains padded technical lining in the front for comfort, warmth & moisture absorption. The Executive Collection features a 1.75" TPR sole with a metal shank. This collection uses a hand-sewn Strobel construction making it strong and extremely flexible.

“Compared these to a pair of black Clarks, and these have much nicer leather uppers - rich thick supple black. They have the elastic of Blundstone, but it's a bit dressier. Fit is nice.
