NAOT.COM RETURN POLICY & MAIL-IN RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

·        Items marked as final sale are discontinued and cannot be returned or exchanged.

·        Footwear must be sent back within 60 days of the date of purchase and must be unworn in the original useable shoebox.

·        Before mailing your shoes back for a return or exchange, please request a return by clicking "view your order" on your confirmation email or fill out the return form below. Any shoes returned without pre-authorization will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

·        When returning or exchanging your shoes by mail, you are responsible for the shipping charges and the shipping label for the return shipment.

·        We cannot reimburse any expedited shipping fees added to your original order. Credits can take an additional 2–10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card.

 

WALK-IN RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AT NAOT RETAIL LOCATIONS:

·        Walk-in returns and exchanges are free if you bring your shoes directly back to one of the Naot retail stores listed below. To return your shoes in-store, please contact the store directly or stop by during business hours.
