NAOT.COM RETURN POLICY 

  • Items marked as final sale are discontinued and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Once an item has been altered in any way, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Footwear must be sent back within 60 days of the date of purchase and must be unworn in the original useable shoebox.
  • When returning or exchanging your shoes by mail, you are responsible for the shipping charges and the shipping label for the return shipment.
  • We cannot reimburse any expedited shipping fees added to your original order.
  • Credits can take an additional 2–10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card.

MAIL-IN RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

  •     Before mailing your shoes back for a return or exchange, there are two ways you can request return authorization.
  1. Visit your order page and click "request a return".
  2. Fill out the return form below.
  • Any shoes returned without pre-authorization will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

WALK-IN RETURN INSTRUCTIONS AT NAOT RETAIL LOCATIONS:

  • Walk-in returns and exchanges are free if you bring your shoes directly back to one of the Naot retail stores listed below. To return your shoes in-store, please contact the store directly or stop by during business hours.
