Returns & Exchanges

NAOT.COM RETURN POLICY 

  • Before you take your new shoes for a walk, please test-drive them indoors on a clean surface to make sure you love them before you wear them outdoors. Worn merchandise cannot be returned.
  • Items marked as final sale are discontinued and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Once an item has been altered in any way, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Footwear must be sent back within 30 days of the date of purchase and must be unworn in the original useable shoebox.
  • When returning or exchanging your shoes by mail, you are responsible for the shipping charges and the shipping label for the return shipment.
  • We cannot reimburse any shipping fees added to your original order. 
  • Credits can take an additional 2–10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card.

MAIL-IN RETURN & EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Before mailing your shoes back for a return or exchange, please request return approval online, through the link at the bottom of any email related to your order, or click here. If you have a NAOT.com account you can also do so through your orders page. Any shoes returned without approval will be returned to the sender.
  • Please include a copy of your Return Approved email or the Naot.com Return & Exchange slip that came with your order in the return shipment.

WALK- IN EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS AT NAOT RETAIL LOCATIONS:

  • Exchanges are free if you walk into the Naot retail store listed below. To exchange your shoes in-store, please contact the store directly or stop by during business hours. Mail-in returns not accepted.

WARANTY POLICY

Naot proudly stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of products purchased directly from Naot or an authorized Naot retailer.

Products purchased on Naot.com may be returned within 30 days in accordance with our Return Policy. All returns are subject to Naot's review and approval at its sole discretion. Products are also covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for up to 365 days from the date of purchase, or for the maximum period required by applicable law, if shorter.

If you purchased your Naot product from an authorized retailer, any returns or exchanges must be arranged directly through that retailer and will be subject to the retailer’s individual policies.

To ensure authenticity and quality, Naot’s warranty applies only to products purchased through Naot or authorized retail partners. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or third-party marketplaces are not covered under Naot’s warranty.
