Product variants

The Naot Alize is fashionable boot that provides a sleek and dressy look. This style features a hook and loop faux buckle as well as a side zipper. This boot has padded technical lining for comfort, warmth and moisture absorption. Naot's removable, anatomic cork and latex footbed is wrapped in microfiber and leather and molds to the shape of the foot with wear. The Aura Collection features a 1.5" polyurethane sole with a metal shank which is extremely lightweight, durable and abrasive to prevent slipping. This collection uses a hand-sewn Strobel construction making it strong and extremely flexible. Our patented Naot Replacement Footbeds are available for Alize.

The boots are beautiful and the box was marked size 39 but the boots are a 38

The boots are beautiful and the box was marked size 39, but the shoes are the wrong size, size 38. I would like to return them to you and get the right size, but cannot figure out how to get an authorized return. I tried and have heard nothing from you. Please contact me so I can get the boots back to you and get the correct size. This pair does not fit.
