The Castelo sandal features two hook and loop straps across the foot providing the perfect fit. The leather lining allows for all day comfort, while Naot's removable, anatomic cork and latex footbed is wrapped in pampering suede and molds to the shape of the foot with wear. The Utopia Collection features a 1.25" polyurethane sole which is extremely lightweight and durable. American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) Accepted for promoting good foot health. Our patented Naot Replacement Footbeds are also available for Castelo.

Velcro closure on sandals.

This is my third pair of Naot sandals, in which I can insert my orthotic. I have to keep buying them as the Velcro stops being secure and becomes dangerous. I bought this latest pair of sandals because I thought they closed via a buckle, as shown in the picture, NOT Velcro. I feel tricked. It is the same old Velcro so I know it will not last. This makes me very angry.

Comfortable and well made sandal

I purchased the beige sandals and found them to be so comfortable. The break in time was short because of the soft, flexible leather over my toes. If you need a comfortable, flat sandal with a removable orthotic, this is great. I plan to buy the green sandals next!

Great Quality, super Comfortable

The sandals have top quality leather and craftsmanship. The removable footbed is a plus as it can be replaced when it starts to wear out. I have a difficult time finding a shoe or sandal that works for my feet. I have plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis. These sandals had no break in time and are already a favorite. I hope Naot makes them in more colors soon. I would love a Navy Blue.
