Product variants

The Julius is a fisherman inspired sandal/shoe with a buckle strap at the instep. This style has a heel cup for support and openings that allow the foot to feel fresh all day long. Naot's removable, anatomic cork and latex footbed is wrapped in pampering suede and molds to the shape of the foot with wear. The Men's Scandinavian Collection features a 1.5" polyurethane sole which is extremely lightweight, durable and slip resistant. American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) Accepted for promoting good foot health. Our patented Naot Replacement Footbeds are also available for Julius.

Really comfortable and airy

JULIUS SANDALS

This is the 4th pair that I purchased over the last 20 years. They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. I wear them everywhere and continually receive compliments. Although the tops are still fine, I am hard on wearing out the heels; a shoe repair can correct this.. I also pound down the insoles and need to replace them after a few years.

Right out of the box, these sandals are comfortable. They look great and the leather is buttery soft and supple. The craftsmanship is impeccable! The footbed is supportive and the sandals are surprisingly light. Quality control must be a priority, because I couldn't find a single flaw, not even in the stitching. The perfect combination of foot protection and ventilation!
