The Kumara is a great, everyday lace up shoe. This style has a slightly padded tongue and a padded heel cup for additional stability and comfort. The front portion of the Kumara features padded technical lining which provides comfort and absorbs moisture. Naot's removable, anatomic cork and latex footbed is wrapped in pampering suede and molds to the shape of the foot with wear. The Koru Collection features a 1" polyurethane sole which is extremely lightweight, durable and slip resistant. This collection uses a hand-sewn Strobel construction making it strong and extremely flexible. American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) Accepted for promoting good foot health. Our patented Naot Replacement Footbeds are also available for Kumara.

One of the most comfortable and supportive shoes I've ever worn. Have worn them for years and each time I wear the soles off a pair I buy another to replace them. They used to come in a camel kind of color and more recently a dark blue but are evidently no longer available. So glad you still have the black but would buy shoes in the named colors if they come back.

I bought my 1st pr. of Kumara approximatrely 20-25 yrs. ago.

I bought the 1st pair because I hated the look of standard 'sport' shoes. This shoe is very good looking. So when I wore them out I ordered a 2nd pr. Since then, as my current pair is wearing out, I order a new pair. Hence, I always have a new pair ready to go when needed. So, do I love this shoe? In a word, YES! They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have Peripheral Neuropathy so comfortable shoes are a must. They've never let me down.
