The Matai is a comfortable maryjane shoe with a contrasting swirl design. This style has a padded heel cup for stability & comfort and a hook & loop closure at the instep for adjustability. The front portion of the Matai features padded technical lining which provides comfort and absorbs moisture. Naot's removable, anatomic cork & latex footbed is wrapped in pampering suede and molds to the shape of the foot with wear. The Koru Collection features a 1" polyurethane sole which is extremely lightweight, durable & slip resistant. This collection uses a hand-sewn Strobel construction making it strong and extremely flexible. American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) Accepted for promoting good foot health. Fantastic shoes very comfortable I have arthritis of the hip this shoe is the only shoe I will wear. This shoe takes the pressure of my hip thus reducing pain in my hip and knee. I highly suggest if you are hesitant to purchase go ahead you will not be disappointed. I wish they came in navy blue. I wear a lot of navy so I would like my Matai shoes to match my navy blue slacks and navy blue outfits. You used to carry navy blue in this shoe but I do not see it as an option. What happened?
