I have both colors and find them true to my usual Naot size, which is size 41. I wear 9.5 M to N shoes, so these don't run large -- they run as they usually do. I always wear 41 in Naot. So don't size down -- but expect these to be very comfortable, with soft leather and a warmish lining. The usual great Naot orthotic included with the usual arch support. I wear my pairs all winter long!
