Footwear must be sent back within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Footwear must be unworn and include the original useable shoebox.
Before sending any shoes back for a return or exchange, please contact the retail store you purchased the shoes from using the contact information on the bottom of the card included in your shipment.
Exchanges are free if you bring your shoes directly back to the store you purchased them from. If you are shipping your shoes back to the store, you are responsible for the shipping charges for the return shipment.
If you think your shoes are defective, please call the retail store you purchased your shoes from for instructions.
We cannot reimburse any expedited shipping fees added to your original order.
